Hello! I'm military myself and I think I have data you'd find interesting. The DoD through the Defense Health Agency had a database that contained all of the vaccines statistics for the DoD including retirees, dependents, and others being treated at Military Treatment Facilities. Furthermore, they maintained abstracted data of those hospitalized with COVID-19 which includes the treatments they received alongside their co-morbidities.

As a fellow "veteran" of a state agency who turned my back on a long career as a middle manager for another Massachusetts agency in 2021 thanks to the mandates, I salute you!
